I bought this tonight and used it when I washed my hair and I must say that my hair is SOO soft! You use the treatment before you wash your hair and leave it on for one minute! Even though the treatment is considered to be a hot oil treatment this one DOES NOT need heat! I am planning on buying the other treatment where heat is involved in the near future to see if I like that one as well. I would reccommend this to someone who does not want to spend a lot of money on a deep condition treatment from a beauty supply store or from a salon. This one was $5 at CVS and there is about 4 treatments in the little bottle...well depending on how thick/long of hair you have.. :)
